What You’ll Be Doing
Provide first-line IT support and technical assistance to users
Assist in setting up, maintaining, and troubleshooting desktop equipment
Apply system updates and participate in regular security audits
Help prepare documentation such as incident logs and reporting templates
Collaborate with internal IT teams to resolve issues and improve support processes
