This appointment supports the expansion of the clinical team at Ipswich Hospital. The successful candidate will join the current Gynaecological oncologists, Mr Barnaby Rufford and Miss Wendy MacNab.
Applicants should have entry onto the Specialist Register, be within 6 months of CCT, or have completed CESR and be on the Specialist Register.
Main duties include:
- Delivering gynaecology oncology services within a strict timeframe and resource constraints, especially operating sessions.
- Participating in clinical governance, developing standards and procedures, supervising junior staff, risk management, and educational activities.
- Maintaining personal development plans and engaging in CPD schemes.
