We are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of the ownership team of a brand-new, purpose-built nursery in Chiswick, licensed for up to 110 children. This is a rare and exciting opportunity for an experienced Nursery Manager to take the lead right from the very beginning of this journey, shaping a setting with the freedom to put your own vision into practice.

About the Role

As Nursery Manager, you will be the driving force behind the day-to-day running of the nursery, ensuring the highest standards of care, safety, and early education. Key Responsibilities:

✅ Lead, inspire, and motivate a growing team of dedicated practitioners

✅ Ensure full compliance with Ofsted and EYFS standards

✅ Build strong, lasting partnerships with parents, staff, and the wider community

✅ Oversee recruitment, training, and professional development of staff

✅ Manage budgets, occupancy, and operational targets to ensure long-term success

About You

We are seeking an inspiring leader who is:

✔️ Qualified to Level 3 or above in Childcare/Early Years (Level 5+ desirable)

✔️ Experienced in managing large nurseries/settings (ideally 80+ places)

✔️ Knowledgeable in safeguarding, health & safety, and regulatory frameworks

✔️ Passionate about creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children thrive

✔️ Proactive, confident, and excited by the opportunity to build something new from the ground up

Salary & Benefits

💷 £50,000 – £60,000 (depending on experience)
