We are recruiting on behalf of a brand-new nursery in Staines, looking for an experienced and passionate Nursery Manager to lead the launch and day-to-day operations of this exciting new setting. This is a unique opportunity to shape the nursery from the ground up, build a strong team, and create an outstanding early years environment for children and families.
Role Details:
- Position: Nursery Manager
- Hours: 40 hours per week – Monday to Friday
- Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 per annum
- Location: Staines, TW18
- Qualification: Full and relevant Level 3 or above Childcare Qualification
- Nursery opening hours: 7:30 am – 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the launch of the nursery, establishing high-quality standards from day one
- Recruit, develop, and inspire a strong nursery team
- Oversee EYFS curriculum implementation, ensuring an engaging learning environment
- Manage financial aspects, including budgeting, invoicing, and fee collection
- Build positive relationships with parents and the wider community
- Ensure compliance with all safeguarding, health & safety, and Ofsted requirements
- Monitor and improve nursery performance against key targets
What We’re Looking For:
- An experienced Nursery Manager or Deputy Manager ready for the next step
- Full and relevant Level 3 or above qualification in childcare
- Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and nursery operations
