A privately held, workforce solutions business operating across multiple industries on a global scale is looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join the team. What youll be doing as Senior Recruitment Consultant:
You will be sourcing top candidates, focusing primarily on tech-oriented interim and permanent placements across the UK and Europe. Your main role will be to source candidates and effectively manage the process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Candidate Sourcing & Screening:Identify and attract high-quality candidates using various sourcing methods (Job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, etc.)
  • Full Recruitment Cycle Management:Oversee the entire hiring process, from initial brief to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Market Research & Insight:Stay current with tech recruitment trends to provide strategic advice to both clients and candidates.
  • Relationship Building:Develop deep partnerships with candidates, ensuring long-term collaboration
  • Collaboration & Teamwork:Work closely with colleagues, sharing insights and strategies to achieve common goals.

  • Relevant Experience:Proven track record in recruitment (interim or permanent) across the UK and/or Europe. Technology background is desired.
