The UK\’s leading live events business with world-class expertise in venue and destination management is looking for a Senior People Administrator to manage tasks across the team, ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery and deputising for the People Admin Manager.  We have over 750 events per year, with over 7 million visitors per year, all serviced by our fabulous 3,800 employees across our 5 venues.  This role brings the added perks of a great pension, hybrid working (Monday and Fridays are WFH – yay!), free parking and free meals, and discounted tickets to amazing gigs, shows, and events at the region’s ultimate venues.  Your responsibilities as Senior People Administrator?  Managing challenging conversations at all levels, including with the Leadership Team, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and professionalism. Confidently driving the People Team\’s brand and reputation, always modelling the company values. Networking across the business at all levels. Ensuring tasks across the team are allocated appropriately and conduct regular quality checks to maintain the highest level of output. Collectively demonstrating best practices and guaranteeing the highest level of customer service from the team. Ensuring compliance with group policies and other regulatory requirements and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Providing guidance and advice to the People Admin team and other colleagues in the business, as necessary. Delivering end-to-end transactional administration activities associated with the employment cycle for all colleagues. Acting as the first line of assistance/escalation within the AskHR team, aiding with queries, including coaching and training, as necessary. Working closely with the People Relations team and the People Partners to ensure accurate query response and efficient customer experience for managers. Continually reviewing and suggesting improvements in HR systems and processes. Ensuring the People System is updated, and data is accurate, adhering to data protection regulations at all times. We’re looking for a Senior People Administrator with:  Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage challenging conversations confidently. Proven ability to take initiative, network, and build strong relationships across the business. Excellent organisational and planning skills, with attention to detail and privacy awareness. Administrative experience, preferably in an HR/People Team environment, with excellent numeracy and literacy skills. Excellent computer skills, especially Word and Excel, and use of People systems. Customer-focused service delivery, with a continuous improvement mindset. Proven ability to coach and support other team members, assisting with query resolution. You will be working 36-hours per week, Monday-Friday, with a minimum of two days in the office per week.
