A friendly, but professional and vastly experienced integrated marketing agency is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to build the team and drive short and long-term revenue growth.
You will take responsibility for developing effective sales strategies, building and managing a team and their performance and fostering a high-performance culture within the team. In return, you will receive a salary of c£28,000 - £34,000 per annum, plus a bonus and benefits package.
As Sales Manager, you will:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company objectives.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Build relationships with potential clients and stakeholders.
- Develop databases of warm leads and manage them through to new customers.
- Prepare sales forecasts and reports for senior management review.
