  • Participating in progress meetings with clients during project delivery, identifying potential issues early and reporting directly to the Studio Director.
  • Liaising professionally with external suppliers, manufacturers, and trades on behalf of the studio and the wider brand.
  • Documenting all design specifications, pricing, and layout revisions in the studio's CRM and file systems in a timely and organised manner.
  • Supporting scheduling, project administration, and studio operations under the direction of the Studio Director.
  • Contributing to the upkeep of a welcoming, professional studio environment, including client hospitality and day-to-day presentation.

We are looking for a Sales Design Consultant with:

  • Proficiency in SketchUp is essential, Winner is beneficial (full training is provided).
  • Open and committed to training in Revit and Lumion as key architectural and visualisation tools.
  • Strong aptitude for spatial planning, visual balance, and technical layout.
  • Commercially aware with a confident, consultative approach to securing client buy-in and converting proposals into sales.
  • Articulate and self-assured communicator, comfortable in both client-facing and supplier liaison settings.
  • Maintains a highly professional appearance and demeanour, appropriate for a premium studio environment and high-net-worth clientele.
  • Exceptionally organised, deadline-conscious, and meticulous in attention to detail.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and capable of contributing across multiple project types and delivery phases.
  • Willing to participate in wider studio operations, including presentation standards, hospitality, and client care.
  • Full UK driving license (essential), with occasional travel to project sites and supplier meetings required.
