Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer in Coventry

A market leading food manufacturing company operating in a modern, high-tech production facility in Coventry is looking for Multiskilled Maintenance Engineers to support its growing engineering team. As Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering hands-on engineering support to keep production running smoothly
• Performing both reactive and planned maintenance on plant and equipment
• Keeping maintenance records up to date using our CMMS system
• Working closely with production to meet daily performance goals
• Following safety and repair best practices at all times
• Contributing to continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives

What were looking for in a Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer:

• Previous experience as an apprenticeship-trained engineer
• Relevant engineering qualifications (C&G/NVQ Level 3 or ONC/HNC preferred)
• Strong mechanical or electrical skillset
• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Positive, proactive mindset and a team player

You will be working 4 on, 4 off shifts days and nights (12 hour) 06:30-18:30 and 18:30-06:00 (blocks of 4).
