Responsibilities

Integrating operations across all business units, ensuring alignment, shared priorities and effective delivery
Leading and supporting high-impact projects, setting clear milestones, tracking progress and resolving risks
Strengthening cashflow performance by identifying levers, improving processes and supporting senior leaders
Maintaining a centralised view of critical workstreams, implementing tools to track deliverables and deadlines
Producing board-level reporting, operational KPIs and insight that support strategic decision-making

Qualifications

Previous experience in operations leadership or integrator roles across multi-entity environments
Experience in the housing / property sector (not estate agency) is highly beneficial
Strong project and programme management capability with an eye for dependencies and bottlenecks
Confident written and verbal communication, including producing reports and performance insight
Previous experience supporting business growth, stabilising operations and strengthening commercial processes
