If you’re an experienced finance professional who loves helping non-financial colleagues to make sense of their numbers, this Financial Controller role could be your ideal next step. As Financial Controller, you will be working in a forward-looking charity, based on a working 100-acre farm and visitor attraction in Kent. You’ll lead the finance team and drive process improvements and have the opportunity to support strategic initiatives together with their part-time Director of Finance.
