A European digital marketing/publishing business which is the market leader in its field is looking for a Spanish speaking Digital Marketing Executive to play a critical role in supporting the business in Spain. This dynamic position combines marketing expertise with customer success, ensuring clients and users receive outstanding value through tailored digital media campaigns, insightful content, and innovative solutions.
Working closely with the Sales Manager and Marketing/Customer Success for Iberia, Freelancers (Designer & Editors), and the broader international team, you will lead initiatives that engage their audience, strengthen client relationships, and drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Building and maintaining strong, foundational relationships with key customer stakeholders, technical professionals, and internal partners to enable quality solution delivery and sustained customer satisfaction.
- Conducting regular partner calls to present and discuss campaign performance, leveraging detailed dashboards and insights to provide clear, actionable feedback and recommendations for improvement.
- Hosting engaging webinars and training partners on effectively using the platform, ensuring they gain confidence and expertise. Promoting the webinars strategically to maximise attendance and impact, and provide comprehensive feedback to partners to support their success.
- Uploading, editing, and optimising content on the platform to maximise SEO performance and engagement. Sourcing new content, building backlinks, and overseeing translations to meet audience needs.
- Building and executing impactful newsletters using ActiveCampaign to inform, educate, and engage the user base.
- Assisting in the execution of virtual events, including promotional activities, managing booth content, and hosting webinars to create memorable attendee experiences.
- Monitoring performance and trends using GA4 and other tools, providing actionable recommendations to improve engagement and campaign effectiveness.
- Delivering reports and insights to the Sales Manager and MD, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
- Responding promptly to inquiries, delivering professional and effective solutions to enhance satisfaction.
- Supporting general administrative tasks, including preparing reports and metrics, to aid in the smooth operation of account activities.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Spanish and English. Advanced Portuguese is highly desirable (additional European languages are a plus).
- A proven ability to address customer needs, build strong relationships, and deliver exceptional value through tailored solutions.
- Experience in digital marketing.
- Excellent copywriting skills and the ability to guide conversations with technical and business stakeholders.
- Basic knowledge of major platforms and their role in audience engagement.
- Self-motivated and resourceful, with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage priorities independently.
