What youll be doing as Compliance Administrator:
- Processing driving assessment records for all new drivers joining the business.
- Monitoring unauthorised use of vehicles seeing through from start to finish
- Investigating drivers against work streams to ensure compliance
- Ensuring drivers remain compliant by conducting regular checks on (Driving Licences, Vehicle Use, and Assessments etc.)
- Answering calls and handling driver care complaints from start to finish
- Loading and dealing with NIPs Notice of Intended Prosecution from the police for speeding fines
- Weekly/monthly reporting on excel
