CNC Operator in Coventry

A growing business is seeking reliable and motivated CNC Operators to join a team within a clean and modern production facility. Along with a salary of £12.87 per hour for day shifts & £14.05 per hour for night shifts, you will receive a range of benefits including:

Working hours:

• Day shift: Monday to Friday, 07:0016:00 (42.5 hours per week)
• Night shift: Sunday to Thursday, 22:0007:00 (42.5 hours per week)
• Training requirement: All new starters must complete up to 4 weeks on the day shift before moving onto fixed nights.

What youll be doing as CNC Operator:
This role involves operating CNC machinery to produce high-quality components, following clear processes, and supporting downstream assembly. With stable shift patterns, structured training, and opportunities to secure a permanent role, this is an excellent chance to develop a career in manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

• Load raw material into CNC machines.
• Scan programmes and upload them to the machine.
• Carry out quality checks on finished products.
• Label products accurately in preparation for assembly.
• Maintain a tidy, safe, and well-organised working environment.
