A pioneering social enterprise and charity is recruiting a part-time Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Established in 2005 they promote environmental sustainability, and provide employability support. They specialise in wood waste collection, recycling, and the sale of reclaimed timber and wood products. Their mission is to reduce wood waste, promote reuse, and support the community through inclusive employment and employability initiatives.  The role is part-time, approximately 3 days per week.  OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE: As CEO, you will provide visionary and strategic leadership, ensuring the achievement of our mission and the sustainability of our operations. You will oversee all aspects of the organization, including operations, finance, business development, stakeholder engagement, and fundraising. This role requires a dynamic leader with a strong commitment to environmental sustainability and social inclusion, alongside a proven track record in generating income from diverse sources.  KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: Proven experience in a senior leadership role within a social enterprise, charity, or related sector.
