They have a proud history and a forward-thinking approach to providing expert audit, tax and advisory services to a diverse portfolio of clients across Yorkshire and beyond. As Audit & Accounts Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Proactively leading and managing a portfolio of clients across a range of sectors.
- Planning, executing and completing audit and accounts assignments in line with regulatory standards.
- Supervising and mentoring junior team members, providing training and development support.
- Reviewing work and ensuring high-quality deliverables, reporting to directors.
- Attending client and prospect client meetings, building and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as a trusted adviser.
- Working alongside the leadership team, liaising with internal departments to provide an unrivalled client experience.
- Managing work in progress and billing including agreement of fees on your portfolio of engagements.
We're looking for an Audit & Accounts Manager with:
- ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent).
- Extensive experience in audit & accounts.
- Strong technical knowledge of UK auditing and accounting standards.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
- A proactive and client-focused approach.
- Full UK driving licence.
This is a full-time role, with a maximum of 2 days per week at home.
