A growing and innovative engineering business specialising in anaerobic digestion (AD) technology is looking for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join the team. Along with a salary of up to £45,000 per annum, you will receive a range of benefits including a fully equipped company van for site work, private healthcare, a pension scheme, ongoing investment and training, and expenses covered for travel overnight stays.

What you’ll be doing as Electrical Maintenance Engineer:
- Carrying out electrical maintenance, repairs, and system adjustments on anaerobic digestion plants across the UK
- Diagnosing faults using SCADA/PLC systems and field instrumentation
- Maintaining, inspecting and testing motors, sensors, panels, alarms and safety systems
- Assisting with new installations and plant upgrades
- Following safe systems of work and ensure sites are clean, tidy, and compliant
- Completing maintenance records and coordinate with in-house teams and clients
We’re looking for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer with:
- 18th Edition Electrical (CompEx Ex01–Ex04 desirable)
- Experience in industrial electrical maintenance (e.g. water, wastewater, energy, or process sectors)
- Working knowledge of control panels, sensors, PLCs, and electrical safety systems
- Basic understanding of mechanical and hydraulic systems
- Full UK driving licence and comfortable with regular travel and overnight stays
- Good communicator, self-motivated and professional on client sites
