A friendly, but professional and vastly experienced integrated marketing agency is looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Telemarketer & Appointment Setter to play a crucial role in expanding the customer base and driving business growth through effective communication and persuasive skills.
You will take responsibility for generating qualified leads and scheduling appointments for the directors, and from time to time for some client’s directors and sales-teams. In return, you will receive a salary of £25,000 per annum, plus a bonus, health insurance and opportunities for professional growth and development.
As Telemarketer & Appointment Setter, you will:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products/services and generate interest.
- Identify and qualify potential leads through effective questioning and information gathering.
- Schedule qualified appointments for our directors, ensuring accurate and detailed information is provided.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all calls and interactions in our CRM system.
- Follow scripts and guidelines if required, while maintaining a natural and engaging conversational style.
- Effectively address customer objections and concerns to secure appointments.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, appointments, and lead generation.
- Stay informed about our products/services, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Provide regular reports on call activity and appointment outcomes to the directors.
- Provide excellent customer service and build rapport with potential clients.
- Accurately enter and update client information and call details.
