This successful, growing company based in London is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join its talented operations team. The company has developed a cutting-edge solution used by oil trading organisations. The purpose of this role will the continued engagement of clients and supporting them through their use of the platform ensuring product success. Working closely with tech, sales and operational teams your role will focus on customer product adoption., The scope of the Customer Success Manager role will include:

Developing an operational onboarding plan and process

Support users through the onboarding process

Analysing product use data and metrics
-
Introducing customers to new platform features
-
Research how users engage with the platform
-
Contributing to and testing new UI and functionality
-
An understanding of trading systems
-
Knowledge of physical energy/commodity markets
-
A real interest in customer engagement and support, adoption and customer success
-
Detail orientated, the ability to work independently and handle changing priorities

Excellent organisational skills

Strong communication and client facing skills
-
Able to work both autonomously and as part of a larger team.
Along with a salary of c£70,000- £80,000 per annum according to experience, you will also receive a benefits allowance, pension scheme, bonus scheme, 25 days holiday and Remote First Working.
