A well-established and fast-growing financial claims mis-selling company is recruiting an experienced Claims Processing Manager to join the team. THE ROLE: Overall, you will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload efficiently and within regulatory guidelines.Thiswill include: Process a high volume of cases from initiation to resolution Liaise with clients, third parties and other stakeholders to gather necessary information Review case files, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements Provide regular updates to clients Escalate complex cases.
