A growing global business is looking for a Contracts Manager to manage and control all client software contracts working with sales, legal and finance departments in the company. Along with a starting salary of up to £45,000 per annum, you will also receive hybrid working, 25 days holiday rising to 28 with service, a pension scheme, mental health support, private medical insurance, life cover plus other discounts/services!
As Contracts Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Review all contracts and customer quotes prior to issuance to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with company standards - work to improve this process further.
- Collaborating with sales, legal, finance, and operations teams to gather necessary input and ensure contract terms reflect agreed commercial positions.
- Maintaining and updating contract templates and clause libraries in line with evolving business needs and legal changes.
- Reviewing all sold deals and analysing patterns to see where the business is winning and losing and maintaining and managing quota attainment for sales.
- Tracking contract statuses and managing the approval process to ensure timely turnaround and delivery.
- Maintaining accurate records of all contracts and related documentation in a central system.
- Providing guidance to staff involved in contract creation or negotiation processes.
