THE ROLE: Maintain the CNC machines on a day-to-day basis and ensure they are running smoothly. Lead and execute test runs. Programming machines to customer specifications using drawings provided. Setting up and operating both manual and CNC machines. Sourcing the necessary tooling and fixturing for all machining operations. Keeping standard operating procedures (SOPs) and setup sheets updated. Continuously improving machining processes where possible. Working in accordance with the companys Quality Control procedures to ensure all parts meet required specifications. Inspecting finished work for quality and accuracy.
