Site Manager Solar PV Projects in City of London

A leading renewable energy company is looking for a Site Manager to join the team and oversee industrial and commercial rooftop solar PV installations across the UK, ensuring compliance with health and safety and environmental regulations, whilst enabling efficient project delivery.

Along with a salary of £40,000 – £50,000 per annum, you will also receive :

Key responsibilities as Site Manager :

• Lead HSE on multiple sites, promoting a proactive safety culture.
• Conduct risk assessments, manage hazards, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Oversee environmental management, site inspections, and audits.
• Collaborate with engineers and installation teams to integrate HSE into project planning.

This role will primarily involve on-site work across various UK locations, with regular travel and overnight stays of up to three nights per week. Offices are in London but time in office will be infrequent.

• HSE management experience on energy, industrial, or construction sites.
• Strong knowledge of UK HSE regulations and CDM 2015.
