Our client is hiring a Quantity Surveyor to manage infrastructure and civil engineering projects across the UK, managing commercial and operational delivery on works including highways, utilities, and associated civil packages. Projects are focused across highways, airports and rail:

  • Manage commercial delivery across multiple projects

  • Set and maintain project budgets and monthly forecasts

  • Procure subcontract works to meet cost and programme targets

  • Prepare and manage subcontract documents

  • Administer subcontractor and client accounts, including valuations and payments

  • Monitor cost, progress, and programme

  • Manage variations and change control

  • Identify and manage project risks and opportunities

  • Produce financial reports and commercial analysis

  • Submit monthly applications for payment

  • Support tendering activities

  • Ensure compliance with internal commercial procedures



Requirements

  • Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
