Our client is a leading provider of intelligent building controls solutions specialising in Building Management Systems (BMS), energy efficiency, and smart technologies. We are seeking an experienced and proactive BMS Service Engineer to join our growing London-based team. Operating within the M25, the successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, servicing, fault-finding, and optimising BMS systems across a variety of commercial and industrial sites. You will play a key role in supporting energy performance, system reliability, and client satisfaction.
- Perform routine maintenance, servicing, and fault diagnostics on BMS systems such as Trend, Tridium, or Siemens
- Work on system upgrades, fault-finding on field service equipment (HVAC, Lighting, sensors and other subsystems) and minor installation works
- Maintain accurate service records and produce clear, concise reports for clients and internal teams
Requirements
- 18th Edition Qualified
- ECS / CSCS Card Holder
- Experience maintaining and fault finding building management systems, smart building controls and subsystems (lighting, HVAC, fire & security etc.)
- Based in London or the South East
