Our publicly listed, global client is seeking an experienced BMS Commissioning Engineer to join their commissioning team in London, working with systems including Trend and Tridium on major commercial projects.
Commissioning and Testing
- Carry out comprehensive commissioning of BMS systems, including integration with HVAC, lighting, and security systems.
- Ensure accurate installation and operation of all system components in line with design specifications.
- Perform thorough functional testing and validation to meet performance and compliance standards.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues during the commissioning process.
Technical Support and Expertise
- Program and configure BMS systems using Trend or Tridium platforms.
- Provide technical support and guidance to installers and subcontractors.
- Collaborate closely with project teams to ensure seamless integration with other building services.
Documentation and Reporting
- Generate and maintain commissioning records including test reports, checklists, and as-built documentation.
