The Opportunity
We’re looking for a hands‑on Performance Marketing Specialist to join a growing digital marketing agency, with a strong focus on Meta Ads, AI and automation.
Working across a varied client portfolio, with around 70% fashion and e-commerce, you’ll take ownership of campaigns, drive performance and find smarter ways to work using AI.
The Role
- Build, manage and optimise Meta campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
- Monitor budgets, ROAS, CPA and campaign performance.
- Use AI to automate reporting, analyse data and streamline workflows.
- Work with creative teams to test ads and improve results.
- Manage day-to-day campaign delivery, including uploading ads and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- Help improve processes and drive agency growth.
About You
- Strong hands‑on experience with Meta Ads.
- Confident managing campaigns from setup through to optimisation and scaling.
- Commercially minded, proactive and comfortable managing multiple accounts.
- Interested in using AI to improve marketing performance and automate repetitive tasks.
- Organised, detail‑oriented and happy to roll up your sleeves.
Bonus points for experience with:
- Google Ads, TikTok Ads or Pinterest Ads.
- Fashion, retail or e-commerce brands.
- AI tools, reporting automation and workflow optimisation.
