St Anthony's Hospital is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated perioperative practitioner to join our theatre team. Our multispecialty unit will give you the opportunity to expand your skills and expertise. We have six operating theatres covering a wide range of specialities and procedures including Ortho, Gynae, Cardio-thoracic and many other surgical specialties. Founded in 1904, Spire St Anthony's Hospital delivers care through skilled and dedicated staff working together. With a completed £27m development investment, we provide very high quality healthcare to patients around Sutton, Epsom, Surrey and South London.
Duties and responsibilities
- Caring for patients undergoing procedures
- Providing exemplary planned care for patients within the perioperative stage
- Assisting in the management and organisation of care provision within the Scrub/Recovery team in the operating department
- Working across multi-disciplinary teams
- Assessing patient needs, implementing and evaluating their care.
Who we're looking for
- Qualified ODP/Nurse.
- Orthopaedic experience is desirable.
- NMC or HCPC registered with no restrictions on your registration.
- Have been employed in a surgical/Theatre setting.
- You will be highly motivated and used to working in challenging but rewarding environment.
