Overview
As a People Admin Team Administrator, you’ll be part of a multi-skilled team providing efficient, accurate, and empathetic support to colleagues and managers. From producing contracts and maintaining employee records to supporting payroll-critical tasks and resolving queries, you’ll help ensure a seamless experience for our workforce.
Responsibilities
- Administer the end-to-end employee lifecycle for approximately 16,000 employees.
- Produce contracts and variation documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Deliver pay-critical administrative tasks on time and to a high standard.
- Maintain employee files and update procedural documentation.
- Support annual HR processes such as bonus and benefits enrolment.
- Handle complex queries and complaints, following escalation processes.
- Identify process improvements and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- CIPD Level 3 (or working towards).
- Minimum 12 months’ experience in HR/People administration.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office.
