Spire Norwich Hospital is recruiting a Healthcare Assistant to join the Pre‑Operative Assessment department on a bank contract. You will work ad‑hoc shifts Monday‑Friday 8am‑6pm. A bank contract gives you the flexibility to choose shifts that fit your availability, improving work‑life balance.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Clinical team in providing exemplary care within the POA department, while supporting the Nursing team.
  • Perform routine tasks related to the delivery of care to ensure patients’ health and well‑being.
  • Move and set up diagnostic equipment (after training) and other resources, and apply technology for measurement, monitoring and treatment.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a clinical setting (hospital or GP surgery) is essential.
  • Must be accurate, self‑motivated, and demonstrate strong attention to detail.
