Job Description
NHS Coordinator | Administration | Spire Leicester | Oadby | Part-Time| 15 hours per week
Spire Leicester Hospital are looking for a NHS Coordinator to join their busy administration team on a permanent, part-time basis (15 hours per week) to support the department.
Duties and responsibilities
- Providing excellent customer service and patient care
- Booking NHS patients into the hospital and managing referrals
- Liaising closely with the NHS team and wider hospital departments
- Monitoring appointment outcomes and breaches
- Handling patient queries over the phone and via email
Who we're looking for
- Previous administration experience is essential
- Healthcare experience would be beneficial but is not essential
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Confident telephone manner and good attention to detail
