Reporting into the Head of Brand and working closely with the Studio, Digital, Social and Insight teams, the Marketing Manager will work alongside the Head of Brand to deliver an industry-leading marketing plan and projects across the full marketing mix. Your time will be split between campaign delivery, creative content generation, brand work and project management. You’ll excel at planning, managing stakeholders and leading on projects which hit the brief and get delivered on time. We’re looking for someone who is excited by all things content and wants to learn about marketing at a strategic level.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Support in the planning and delivery of the brand marketing plan.
- You’ll have the opportunity to work across TV, connected TV, radio, press, advertorials and OOH, as well as ensuring consistency across digital channels.
- Assist the Head of Brand in the execution and dispatch of a substantial media plan, helping manage the Studio to deliver creative for each media channel on time.
- Create new messaging for brand and tactical campaigns, using customer insight and industry knowledge to create compelling copy.
- Proofing of creative to ensure complete accuracy across all creatives.
- Manage cross-functional relationships and teams to support integrated campaigns for hospital or clinic specific needs, such as new clinics and service offerings.
- Utilising consumer insights and industry knowledge, manage the development and delivery of integrated campaigns including creating new messaging and assets to support the regional business development teams.
- Support the execution of content marketing initiatives, such as photography, videos and animations, managing some of the deliverables independently.
- Craft short and long form copy for use across a wider range of touch points, supporting the roll-out of new propositions.
- You’ll also critically review copy from the wider team.
- Manage the production of new brand assets with the Studio (working with the wider team to gather requirements) and facilitate stakeholder review and sign off.
- Champion our brand internally and be able to communicate our style and values in an inspiring way.
- Take the lead on the logistical side of large creative projects, such as photoshoots and filming and licensing.
- Manage printing enquiries and act as first line of contact for our print partner. This includes approving orders, monitoring branding, and updating artwork as per clinical and brand guidelines when needed.
- Management of departmental finance admin, including processing, authorisation and tracking of invoices and purchase orders. Vendor and supplier account management and verification.
What we are looking for:
- Proven success working across a range of marketing and communications channels, with at least 5 years’ experience.
- Educated to degree level (marketing, business or communications related subjects would be an advantage).
- Exceptional attention to detail in both design and copy - able to pinpoint and communicate what is and isn’t on brand.
- Strong communicator with a flair for copywriting.
- A natural planner – able to manage multiple teams and map out timelines to ensure projects are delivered successfully and on time.
- Confident in communicating with a range of stakeholders, and experienced in organising large groups.
- A positive attitude and proactive mind-set.
- We need someone for this role with extremely high attention to detail as you could be working with a large amount of assets.
