What you’ll be doing

  • Act as the first point of contact for the team, guiding and supporting on complex queries and sensitive cases.
  • Lead daily huddles, coach team members, and deputise for the Team Manager when needed.
  • Manage workloads to meet SLAs and quality standards, ensuring exceptional customer service.
  • Review processes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Analyse data, uncover root causes, and tell the story behind the numbers.
  • Champion compliance and accuracy across all People processes.

What we’re looking for

  • CIPD Level 5 (or working towards).
  • At least 2 years’ experience in People/HR administration, ideally in a shared service environment.
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
  • Analytical thinker with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions.
