Spire Healthcare, one of the UK's leading independent hospital groups, is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Developer to join our team. You'll play a key role in supporting and enhancing our Oracle HCM Cloud platform, working closely with HR and Payroll to deliver system improvements and new functionality.
What you'll do:
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues on Oracle HCM Cloud
- Configure and implement modules including Core HR, ORC, Talent Management
- Develop Fast Formulas and manage data loads
- Support testing for upgrades and quarterly releases
Essential Requirements:
- Experience in at least two Oracle Fusion HCM implementations
- Expertise in Core HR, ORC, Oracle Learn, Talent Management
- Strong knowledge of Redwood UI, VB Studio, and HCM Journeys
- Proficiency in OTBI/BI Publisher reporting and HDL/HSDL
Desirable:
- Payroll, Absences, OTL, Fast Formulas
- Groovy scripting and personalisation using Design Studio
