Spire Healthcare Harrogate clinic is currently looking for a Reception Administrator to work on reception as well carrying out administrative duties.
Hours of Work: Mon - Fri shifts between 8:00 – 20:00 (20.30 Thursdays). 8:00 - 16:00 or 12:00 - 20:00. Sat 8:00 - 14:00. Please only apply if you can commit to this.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support across the clinic in addition to concierge services to ensure our patients receive the 5 star care they deserve.
- Be welcoming, patient focused and deliver a high standard of customer service.
- Deal with enquiries from patients, staff and visitors in a courteous, timely and efficient manner, either face to face or by telephone.
- Work as a multi-skilled member of the team providing high level, quality support to the Clinic, covering reception, admin back office, switchboard and any other administrative duties required by the Clinic.
- File medical records following the correct procedure as per the Spire Clinic Policy.
- Maintain a high standard of confidentiality and exercise absolute discretion in the use of all patient/consultant and staff information.
- Undertake various clerical duties.
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in frontline customer service, reception and/or administration is highly desired.
- Previous experience in a face-to-face customer service environment preferable (Healthcare, Retail, Hospitality).
- Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential.
- Experience in building and maintaining good relationships with customers, Consultants and Colleagues.
- Be customer oriented; friendly and able to exude an approachable attitude towards patients and colleagues.
- Experience working in a highly organised, accurate and fast-paced environment.
