Radiology Department Assistant | HCA | Spire Bristol | Bank | 0 Hour Contract
Spire Bristol have an exciting opportunity to join our bank as a Radiology Assistant in the imaging department.
Duties and responsibilities
- Chaperoning ultrasound scans
- Setting up sterile trolleys and supporting for invasive procedures
- Safety check and patient positioning in MRI
- Cannulation of patients prior to MRI and CT
- Coordinating patient lists and managing fast paced and variable workload
- Assisting in other areas and examinations as required
Who we're looking for
- Previous experience of working as an HCA (or equivalent) in a clinical/acute environment
- Experience or knowledge of imaging desirable but not essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential
- NVQ Level 3 is desirable but not essential
Working Hours:Zero-hour contract, Adhoc shifts - Monday - Satbetween the hours of 7:15-20:15.
