Spire Yale Hospital in Wrexham is looking for a Pre-Operative Assessment Nurse to join their Pre-Operative Assessments team on a flexible working basis.

Duties and responsibilities:
You willsupport the ongoing development of the pre-operative assessment (POA) service ensuring safe and effective pre-operative care.
You will beworking autonomously, completing POA for a caseload of patients, undertaking a targeted history with assessment of past medical, operative and anaesthetic history.
Who we\βre looking for:
Be NMC registered β your pin should not have any restrictions or conditions
A minimum of 2 years Pre-Operative Assessment experience is essential
Compassionate and able to showcase excellent patient care
