Job Description

The Alternative Equity Products team sits in the Equity Capital Markets team within the EMEA CSG team and broadly encompasses the following 3 verticals:

Equity Private Placements: minority stakes in unlisted / private companies, often with a runway to IPO. Equity or convertible prefs. Mix of strategic and financial investors in most cases

Equity-Linked Financing:the team helps clients issue bonds potentially convertible into shares, with investors having exposure to both debt and equity performance. These shares can be either the issuer’s shares (convertible) or others’ shares (exchangeable); the counterparty for these products are public investors.

Private Investments in Public Entities (PIPEs): committed equity capital placed to small group of private investors
