This is an inbound sales role for a reputable Company based in North Coventry who are looking for motivated, enthusiastic and target driven Sales Executives, is this you?

The successful Inbound Sales Executive will:

• Take Inbound calls from Customers and deal with any sales queries/enquiries.
• Outbound calls to customers to progress sales opportunities from leads received via the website.
• Provide an outstanding Customer experience to all customers.
• Occasionally manage online chat platform to sell products and services, provide product information and help customers to make a purchase decision.

The successful Inbound Sales Executive will have:

• 1+ years’ experience as a sales executive in a customer service and target driven role.
• The drive to demonstrate their ability to achieve sales targets and add ons.
• Excellent communication, both verbally and written.
• The ability to negotiate, achieve and exceed KPI’s.
