This is an inbound customer service role with outbound calls to existing customers. Our client is based in North Coventry and is looking for motivated, enthusiastic and target-driven Sales Executives who can demonstrate excellent customer service skills.

This is an opportunity to play an integral part in the growth and development of a company with a brilliant working environment and clear career progression opportunities from day one.

The successful Sales Executive will:

  • Take inbound calls from customers, providing excellent customer service and dealing with any queries/enquiries regarding products, deliveries or sales.
  • Make outbound calls to customers to progress sales opportunities from leads received via the website.
  • Provide an outstanding customer service experience to all customers.
  • Manage online chat platform to sell products and services, provide product information and help customers to make a purchase decision.

The successful Sales Executive will have:

  • 1+ years’ experience as a sales executive in a customer service and target-driven role.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and add-ons.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written.
  • The ability to negotiate to achieve and exceed KPI’s.
