The successful Sales Executive will
- Take Inbound calls from Customers and deal with any queries/enquiries regarding products, deliveries or sales.
- Outbound calls to customers to progress sales opportunities from leads received via the website.
- Provide an outstanding Customer experience to all customers.
- Manage online chat platform to sell products and services, provide product information and help customers to make a purchase decision.
The successful Sales Executive will have
- 1+ years experience as a sales executive in a customer service and target driven role.
- Be able to demonstrate their ability to achieve sales targets and add ons.
- Excellent communication, both verbally and written.
- The ability to negotiate to achieve and exceed KPI’s.
