We are now recruiting for one of the UK’s fastest growing Companies based in North Coventry. They are expanding their online Web presence, uncovering new and exciting opportunities. We are looking for 3 Live Chat Sales Executives who have excellent Customer Service and Sales experience, and the flexibility to work in an office environment and from home.

The successful Live Chat Sales Executive will;

• Be flexible to work the shift patterns between 8am and 8pm, plus home working option.
• Maintain a professional image at all times.
• Manage a Web chat system which receives over 6000 enquiries a week as part of a dedicated and enthusiastic team.
• Give information and acknowledge selling vibes with the ability to convert enquires into customer sales.
• Be target driven and have the desire and willingness to exceed targets and achieve excellent customer service feedback.

The successful Live Chat Sales Executive will have;

• Excellent sales and customer service experience in a target driven environment.
• The ability to maintain focus and drive whilst working from home.
• Customer service and communication skills both written and verbal.
• Listening skills, do you listen to what the customer is saying and are you proactive in achieving results?
