As a category manager youll look after the vision and strategy for your various categories in support of our business sales and profitability goals.
Youll build great relationships with our suppliers and help shape decisions regarding the product mix pricing merchandising and promotions and stocking quantities with an eye on the future not just the here-and-now.
The Successful Category Manager will
- Nurture productive relationships with important retail departments and various different stakeholders.
- Work in close collaboration with agencies and external suppliers.
- Look after the evolution of the overall business strategy. Plan for the future not just the here and now.
- Support delivery of the agreed Targets & Resources plan (T&R) financials and HSSE targets.
- Manage your own sales and margin goals and targets.
