GAUCHO are looking for an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to join our GAUCHO Glasgow team! The successful candidate will be fully accountable for the restaurant in terms of guest experience, finance, sales growth, legal compliance and team development FOH. The Restaurant Managers work closely with the senior managers to run a smooth and successful operation in terms of finance, product and people.
