We’re looking for a RVP, Customer Success to join Candex, a rapidly growing global B2B fintech company reshaping how businesses transact. Candex’s tech‑based platform makes purchasing fast and easy for enterprise buyers, transforming the buying experience for large companies worldwide.
The Role
As the RVP, Customer Success, you will launch new clients, build and nurture customer relationships, and drive retention, loyalty, and growth. You’ll manage worldwide accounts, support issue resolution, provide technical guidance, and partner with Product Development to enhance our offering.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and lead the launch of new clients, including executive account management, strategic positioning, and value proposition presentation.
- Build a network of key client contacts, connect with SMEs and end users, and drive adoption.
- Address and resolve any client or supplier support or technical issues.
- Perform data analytics, monitor KPIs, and drive usage and revenue growth.
- Conduct Business Reviews with clients, including executive sponsors.
- Provide projections per client and measure progress against projections.
- Identify and execute on new business and client expansion opportunities.
- Recommend product enhancements, improvements, or expansions to meet client needs.
- Create policies and procedures to optimize the customer experience.
- Develop infrastructure and ways of working to support scaling the business.
- Support sales as needed.
Qualifications
- Relevant experience in procurement, procurement operations, or procurement transformation.
- Experience working with large Fortune 500 companies.
- Strong interpersonal leadership and influencing skills.
- Highly organized and an excellent communicator, both oral and written.
- Ability to influence clients to do more while building trust.
- Self‑motivated and self‑directed, constantly seeking innovative ways to grow Candex.
- Fluency in Italian is an advantage.
Core Skills
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Business, IT, Purchasing, Finance, or related field.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of customer service practices.
- Technical aptitude and ability to learn software programs.
- Experience with purchasing systems such as Ariba, Coupa, SAP, Taulia.
- Experience with accounts payable and payment processes/software.
- Experience with CRM software.
