About the Role
- Lead the execution of client engagements across all workstreams (e.g. manage client interactions, drive and coordinate required analysis, prepare and deliver client-ready reports and presentations).
- Draft client engagement proposals.
- Manage and coach junior team members during execution and business development work, as well as through mentoring and training.
- Support Partners with existing client and advisor relationships and start developing new ones independently and in conjunction with Partners, including driving business development work and initiatives.
- Help further drive the growth of Candesic through recruitment and knowledge development.
What We’re Looking For
- 6 years of experience, including at a leading management consulting firm, with a proven track record in buy-side and sell-side commercial due diligence, as well as in strategy projects, preferably in our core sectors.
- Strong problem-solving and project management skills, with a high degree of comfort in data analysis.
- Ability to create clear, actionable visualisations to support client and team decision-making.
- Strong client relationship skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with confidence in engaging and leading client presentations.
- Natural team player able to work effectively and collaboratively with everyone, regardless of position.
- Proficiency in French, German, Spanish or Italian is preferable.
