The predicted salary is between 13 - 16 £ per hour.
This is an entry-to-mid level operations role supporting the day-to-day execution, coordination, and organisation of a growing ecommerce business. Working closely with the founder, you'll help bring structure, visibility, and consistency to operations, systems, and customer-facing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the day-to-day operational flow including orders, supplier logistics, and work-in-progress tracking
- Maintain accurate inventory and stock records across all sales channels (with a strong Amazon focus)
- Support in-house fulfilment and assist with the transition to a third-party logistics partner
- Build and maintain weekly operational, sales, and financial reports
- Execute routine financial and operational reports and upload them into internal systems
- Support systems administration, report generation, and data accuracy across tools
- Prepare customer quotations and support basic sales administration
- Respond to customer enquiries and support issue resolution in coordination with tech support
- Coordinate new product requirements across suppliers, compliance, and internal stakeholders
- Provide admin support including trade fairs, travel, meetings, and ad hoc projects
Requirements
Essential:
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, reports, and operational data
- Confident using and learning new systems and online tools
- Proactive, reliable, and comfortable taking ownership
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
Preferred:
- Experience in ecommerce, operations, or systems support
- Familiarity with Amazon or other online marketplaces
- Experience preparing quotes or supporting sales/admin processes
- Curious about using AI tools to work smarter
