The Territory Sales Manager sells the full Medical Aesthetic Division product line of Candela lasers to physicians, clinics, and other laser users in the assigned area. Candidates must reside in the South East UK area.
Responsibilities:
- Manage his/her assigned territory.
- Develop strategy to enhance Candela’s business in the region.
- Identify KOL, acquire new customers, manage existing business.
- Launch new products.
- Achieve the sales quota.
- Segment the market and define key customers.
- Work out a yearly business and marketing plan.
- Implement the sales policy in his/her territory.
- Present all Candela products in a professional, knowledgeable, and sincere manner.
- Interact professionally with physicians, allied health care personnel, and/or other laser users.
- Pay attention to the competitor’s actions, reporting information relating to them and the rest of the market.
- Use the forecast (CRM) tool to analyse and follow customer’s portfolio.
- Work closely with the Key Market Managers EMEA to determine the priority of the sales requirements.
- Put all sales reports into the sales tool.
- Responsible for customer calls and managing customer talks.
- Decide the benefits and specific efforts to retain customers and develop quarterly forecast objectives.
- Analyse and monitor the benefits of actions taken.
- Manage his/her budget.
- Submit weekly reports, expense reports, quarterly reports, and forecasts updates in a timely manner.
- Support clinical efforts when necessary or practical.
- Be capable of performing clinical in-service on all products.
- Follow up on all company-generated leads.
- Represent Candela at workshops, tradeshows, conferences, and conventions.
- Manage all workshop logistics and agenda.
- Inform customers about existing and new Candela products.
- Offer Candela’s policy of services.
- Ensure our relationship with customers thrives.
- Suggest events organization with Marketing.
- Propose attendees for congresses (national or international).
- Interact with other departments to collect and share information about customers.
- Report all significant data into the sales tool SalesForce.
- Follow the main sales indicators: revenues of the sector, market share, revenues versus Budget, qualitative developments of individual goals.
Experience:
- Minimum 2-3 years medical sales experience preferred.
- Experience in the Aesthetics industry is a plus.
- Desire to sell capital equipment with a market leader, with top compensation.
Educational Requirements:
- BS/BA degree or higher preferred, or equivalent proven experience in the medical/aesthetic devices sector.
- Native English speaker or full professional proficiency in the English language required.
