You will support the Superstore Manager, lead a large team of paid staff and volunteers, and drive sales and fundraising targets in a busy, high-volume charity shop.
You will be responsible for shop standards, stock management, recruitment, training, and community engagement, while delivering excellent customer and supporter service and deputising in the manager's absence.
