The role of Cancer Research Wales is to raise funds to support pioneering cancer research in Wales, which has the potential to benefit lives in the future. The post holder must embrace the charity’s aim to create ‘supporters for life’ and work to build long term professional relationships with our supporters, who make the work of our charity possible. The post holder will work proactively within Cancer Research Wales helping to ensure the smooth running of the store, whilst at times supporting the Charity’s other departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver Best in Town service through customer interaction.
- Lead the team by example and achieve great store standard.
- Build a positive reputation for providing excellent customer service.
- Act as the store’s first point of contact, creating a positive, welcoming and professional impression and store environment.
- Maintain a working knowledge of Cancer Research Wales its aims and objectives, service and culture.
- Endeavour to strengthen and promote the Cancer Research Wales brand.
- Hold a clean Driving Licence and have access to a vehicle.
- Willingness to cover our other stores and where necessary travel by public transport.
